This help page describes the data report for public bodies called ‘Vehicle inventory & procurements'. This report provides graphical and tabular breakdowns of your vehicle inventory and vehicle procurements.
For detailed background information on the methodology for vehicles see Vehicles.
- The on-screen report comprises a header and two tabs, each of which contains two charts and a data table.
- Name of your organisation and its PSO ID.
- ‘Last year for which data reported’ indicates the most recent year for which data is shown in the report. Note that the data for this year could be incomplete, e.g. because you have not yet inputted some of your data.
- ‘Data status’ indicates how complete the data is for the most recent year.
This tab provides breakdowns of your vehicle inventory.
- The donut chart provides a breakdown of the number of vehicles in the vehicle inventory, by vehicle category. The data shown is for the last year for which data was reported, as indicated in the report header.
- The stacked bar chart provides a time series of the same data, from 2023 onwards.
- The table shows a breakdown of the vehicle inventory by vehicle category, aggregated into vehicle groups, from 2023 onwards.
This tab provides breakdowns of your vehicle procurements since August 2021.
- The donut chart provides a breakdown of the number of vehicles procured since August 2021, between clean vehicles (zero emissions), clean vehicles (other) and other vehicles.
- The stacked bar chart provides a more detailed breakdown of the number of vehicles procured since August 2021, between clean vehicles (zero emissions), clean vehicles (other) and other vehicles, and by CVD vehicle category.
- Note that 'other vehicles' are vehicles that are not classified as clean in accordance with the Clean Vehicles Directive (CVD).
- The table provides a breakdown of the vehicle procurements since August 2021 by vehicle technology (aggregated into clean vehicles (zero emissions), clean vehicles (other) and other vehicles) and CVD vehicle category.
